Product Overview
VNMG-M3 is a 35° diamond negative-rake carbide turning insert specially optimized for semi-finishing to roughing of stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. The widened large-opening M3 chip breaker provides ultra-large chip space, effectively solving common processing problems such as sticky chips, built-up edge and work-hardening of stainless steel. Equipped with two professional PVD nano-coating grades BP2215 and BP2225, it adapts to stable continuous cutting and medium interrupted cutting respectively. It supports multi-operation turning including OD, ID, face and profile machining, suitable for both dry and wet cutting, ideal for mass production of stainless steel parts with variable machining allowance.
